Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Trueline Kalispell Concrete handles the information you share with us through this website. We're a concrete contractor in Kalispell, MT, and we pour driveways, patios, slabs and other flatwork for homeowners here and in the cities around it.

It applies to every page of our site, from the home page to our service and city pages, and to the information you give us when you ask for an estimate. If you'd like to know more about who we are before you reach out, our About page covers that.

What information we collect

Most of what we get comes straight from you, when you fill out our estimate form, call us at (406) 309-7887 or send us an email. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a description of the work, such as a cracked driveway or a new patio.

Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type into it passes through that service before it reaches us. We ask only for what we need to get back to you and plan a visit.

Like most websites, ours can also collect basic technical details when you visit. That can include your device and browser type, the pages you looked at, how long you stayed and roughly where the visit came from. These details help us see which pages people find useful, and they don't tell us who you are by name.

Cookies and site analytics

Cookies are small files your browser saves when you visit a site, and we use them to keep the site working and to count visits. Analytics tools may set their own cookies to measure traffic, so we can tell, for example, whether people are finding our driveway page or our patio page.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work for reading pages and reaching us, though some features may not behave the same way.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to answer your question, set up an estimate, plan and do the work, and follow up after the job. If you ask about a patio, we'll use your details to call you back about that patio and nothing else.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade it to marketers. We share it only when the job requires it, such as with a supplier delivering to your address, with the outside services that run our website and form, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate and job records for as long as we need them to finish the work, stand behind it and meet our tax and business recordkeeping duties. If you ask for an estimate and we never do the job, we keep those details only as long as they're useful for following up, and then we delete them.

Website analytics data is kept in summary form and is removed on the schedule set by the tools that collect it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep a record for a legal or tax reason, and if so, we'll tell you why.

You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live, your state's law may give you more rights over your information, and we'll honor those requests too.

Keeping your information safe

We limit who on our crew can see customer details to the people who need them to schedule and do the work. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through our form or by email.

Children's privacy

Our site is meant for adults planning work on their homes and properties. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the tools behind it change. The current version is always the one posted on this page.

How to raise a privacy concern

If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, reach us through our Contact page or call (406) 309-7887. Tell us what you'd like us to do, and we'll reply within 1 business day to confirm we're on it.
